This award winning OMG! Sambal® Kachang is spicy, savory with a touch of sweet. Its based on Aunt J's CNY treat we would get every year. We’ve adapted the cereal mix from the crackers we use at home but kept the spices the same, enough to know it hard to stop once you start.
When we were making this in our test kitchen studio, we shared it with some Singaporean guests that came to our store. Upon tasting, they told us: OMG! This tastes just like home. That really made our day. We hope you like it too.
